On the day marking the 85th anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, Vladimir Putin will take part in a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, and will also lay flowers at the memorials honoring the Hero Cities and the Cities of Military Glory.
