The UAA Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence (CAFE) invites all UAA faculty and staff to attend the 'Coalition-Building for Leaders' in-person training series.
The three-session in-person leadership series emphasizing leadership skills that strengthen human connection and build value-driven individuals that uplift community and collaboration. This training is modeled after the principles of the National Coalition Building Institute, providing tools and research-based leadership practices that cultivate spaces where everyone feels heard, respected, and empowered. This training is open to all UAA faculty and staff.

Participants must attend all three one-hour sessions. Sessions will be led by Dr. Kimberly Pace, Associate Professor of Political Science. To support open, honest conversation, sessions will not be recorded. If you have questions, email [email protected].
The sessions will be held on March 17, 24 and 31 from 12 - 1 p.m. in LIB307.
