Seven Nissan Standouts Named Among the UK’s Top 100 Most Influential Women

  • Seven exceptional women from across Nissan's UK operations have been recognised in the 2026 Autocar Great Women Awards, including three category winners.
  • The recognition highlights the breadth of female talent in Nissan, spanning purchasing, marketing, manufacturing, IT/cyber, talent development and vehicle development.
  • The awards celebrate women who are shaping the future of the automotive industry, driving innovation, transformation, and leadership across the sector.

Seven sensational women from Nissan sites across the UK have been named in the Top 100 Most Influential Women in the 2026 Autocar Great Women Awards with three winning their category outright.

Announced at a special awards ceremony in Coventry (United Kingdom), Nissan's seven nominees and winners were celebrated for their talent and influence in shaping the automotive industry. Spanning multiple functions across Nissan Technical Centre Europe (NTCE), Nissan Motor Manufacturing UK (NMUK) and Nissan Motor Great Britain (NMGB) they demonstrate the diversity and impact of women driving innovation and transformation across Nissan's UK operations.

The Nissan women recognised are:

  • Heather Trembath - Winner of the IT/Cyber category [NMUK]
  • Marion Berlier - Winner of the Talent category [NMUK]
  • Emma Deutsch - Winner of the Vehicle development category [NTCE]
  • Carol Jeffrie - Purchasing [NTCE]
  • Fiona Mackay - Marketing [NMGB]
  • Claire Curtis - Manufacturing [NMUK]
  • Nicola Stoker - Manufacturing [NMUK]

Covering categories in marketing, retail, vehicle development, manufacturing and more, the initiative celebrates the powerhouses who command the greatest influence within their fields.
