Bipartisan Leaders Join DSA as the Association Strengthens its Position at the Forefront of Independent Work Policy
(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - The Direct Selling Association (DSA) will open its annual Legal + Regulatory Conference December 9th through 11th as federal and state pressures on independent work reach a new peak.
H.R. 3495, the first direct selling-specific bill in more than 40 years to advance through a House committee, has intensified scrutiny in Washington at the same time key states are moving forward with proposals that could reshape the channel. With these pressures converging, this year's conference arrives at a pivotal moment for legal leaders, policymakers, and compliance teams.
