REVISED: Overnight ramp closures in Clay County for pavement repair, April 8-9

CLAY COUNTY - The Missouri Department of Transportation will CLOSE the following ramps in Clay Conty for pavement repair operations, evening and overnight, beginning at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, April 8 until 6:00 am on Thursday, April 9. Motorists are encouraged to seek an alternative route. All work is weather permitting.

Locations listed below:

• Northbound U.S. Route 169 to northbound Interstate 29
• NB US-169 to NB US-69
• NB MO-9 to NB US-169
• NW Briarcliff Parkway to NB US-169

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
