Nortal appoints Adam Gabrault as CEO of the Americas

We are excited to share that Adam Gabrault has been appointed as CEO of the Americas, effective November 2, 2026. He succeeds Alain Dias, who has led the region since 2021 and will leave the company on December 1, 2026, following nearly a decade with the company.

Gabrault brings more than 20 years of experience leading and growing technology consulting businesses across North America and international markets. His appointment comes as we continue to strengthen our presence in the Americas, with a focus on helping enterprises and public sector organizations modernize critical systems, adopt AI and deliver measurable results from technology investments.

Under his leadership, we have grown the region, completed and integrated our largest acquisition to date, and built a strong leadership team. Before joining Nortal, Gabrault served as CEO of Solvd, an AI-first software engineering company headquartered in California. Previously, he was president of the Americas Strategic Verticals division at SoftServe, where he led sales, solutions and client success across health care, life sciences, financial services, insurance and retail. His earlier leadership experience includes roles at Virtusa, State Street Global Advisors, Mobiquity and Experian Data Quality.

Throughout his career, Gabrault has focused on building international teams and helping enterprise clients navigate complex technology and business transformations. His experience spans the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region, including work with Fortune 100 companies.
