Ann Zwick Moderating Panel at the 2025 Annual Air Conference

Taft attorney Ann Zwick will moderate a panel at the 2025 Annual Air Conference organized by the Air & Waste Management Association Lake Michigan States Section. The conference will gather senior officials from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and state environmental agencies in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, and Wisconsin, along with specialists in air deposition of PFAS constituents. Zwick will lead a discussion with industry professionals on PFAS in the air.

Zwick, based in Chicago, co-authored the Illinois Clean Air Act Permit Program during her tenure at the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. She now advises clients on solid waste, scrap metal, and air regulatory and litigation matters.
