Energy Capital Partners Grows to 70,425 Square Feet at One World Trade Center

New Lease Marks Energy Transition Investment Firm's Third Expansion Since 2017

New York, NY - April 27, 2026 - The Durst Organization and The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey today announced that Energy Capital Partners (ECP), a leading energy transition infrastructure focused investor, expanded at One World Trade Center to the entire 59th floor. With ECP's existing space on the 58th floor, the company now occupies 70,425 square feet at the building. This is ECP's third expansion at One World Trade Center since 2017, when they first leased 6,173 square feet.

"One World Trade Center is one of the most dynamic buildings in New York City with direct access to transit and all the cultural and retail attractions Lower Manhattan has to offer. We are proud that ECP and many other companies have chosen to stay and grow in the building," said Jody Durst, President of The Durst Organization.

"The World Trade Center continues to distinguish itself as the premier business address in the region, and Energy Capital Partners' decision to expand their presence here yet again is a clear signal of the value this campus delivers," said Jolene Yeats, World Trade Center director at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. "Across our campus, the combination of world-class office space, unrivaled transit connectivity, and the dynamic energy that comes with being an arts, culture and dining destination continues to attract and retain forward-looking organizations year after year."

"As we scaled our company, we decided - again and again - to grow within One World Trade Center. The building offers an ideal commute for our expanding team, amenities, unmatched views, and a shared commitment to innovation and sustainability," said Murray Karp, Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer at ECP.

Built by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and The Durst Organization in a public-private partnership, One World Trade Center is the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere. The building is 97% leased.

One World Trade Center brings together convenience, ample amenities, and a vibrant neighborhood that inspires innovation, productivity, and success. The 25,000-square-foot Well& by Durst amenity space on the 64th Floor Sky Lobby provides tenants with a space that invigorates, inspires, and fosters connections.
