Lane Closure - Overlay Project 26th Street and Marion Road
Beginning on Monday, August 24, 2026, northbound traffic on South Marion Road will be reduced to one lane between Berkshire Boulevard and Silver Valley Drive. The lane reduction will allow the City's contractor to complete ADA Ramp repairs and full-depth concrete repairs in advance of the mill and overlay work scheduled for the middle of September.
This project will require multiple traffic changes and lane closures throughout construction. News releases will be issued prior to each major phase of work. The project is anticipated to be completed in late October 2026.
Additional project information is available on the City's Street Construction webpage.
Drivers are encouraged to use caution, reduce speeds in the work zone, and consider alternate routes when traveling in the area.
