and U.S. Route 160 in Highlandville To Begin Sunday Night, October 5
Ozark & Highlandville, Christian County - A project to rehabilitate two bridges, the Christian County Route CC/J Bridge over U.S. Route 65 in Ozark, and the U.S. Route 160 over the Finley River in Highlandville, is scheduled to start Sunday night, October 5, the Missouri Department of Transportation said.
The bridge rehabilitation on Route CC/J in Ozark will include installing dual left turn lanes from eastbound Route C to northbound Route 65 and will include a 30-day closure of the Route CC/J eastbound lanes over the bridge during construction. Crews will begin to install the Route CC/J bridge work zone during the nighttime hours of Sunday, October 5.
Crews will begin work and bring out equipment for the bridge rehabilitation on Route 160 in Highlandville beginning Wednesday, October 15. The bridge will remain open, but will have narrowed lanes, lane closures, traffic shifts, and a reduced speed limit during construction.
