Nordstrom Introduces Nordstrom Local Service Hub to San Francisco

SEATTLE, Oct. 6, 2025- Nordstrom is opening its first Nordstrom Local in Northern California, with the opening of Nordstrom Local Fillmore. The 1,750 square-foot neighborhood service hub located at 1919 Fillmore Street will open its doors on October 9.

"We're excited to open our first Nordstrom Local in Northern California. We've heard from our customers in the area that they want services such as online order pickup, returns and alterations closer to where they live and work," said Fanya Chandler, president of Nordstrom stores. "We hope our new Nordstrom Local will make accessing these services easier and look forward to serving customers at this location."

At Nordstrom Local Fillmore, customers will have access to the following services:

• Online Order Pick Up: Conveniently pick up Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com online orders.
• Fast and Easy Returns: Effortlessly process returns from Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack in one location.
• Alterations: Get alteration services on purchases from Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack and other retailers.
• Local Styling: Looking for fashion advice, the perfect look or a whole wardrobe, Nordstrom Local stylists are here to help. This complimentary service is available by appointment and customers connect with their stylist beforehand to share their preferences.
• Gift Wrapping: Make gifts even more special with complimentary Nordstrom gift boxes for all Nordstrom purchases.
• Clothing Donation Drop-Off: Give new and gently used clothing and shoes a second life. All donations will be directed to St. Anthony Foundation, where they'll be distributed to individuals and families in need.
• BEAUTYCYCLE: Bring in empty beauty packaging to be recycled for free through our BEAUTYCYCLE program.

To provide additional convenience, validated parking will be available to Nordstrom Local Fillmore customers at the Japan Center Annex Garage at 1650 Fillmore Street. There will also be a rotating gallery of artwork by San Francisco-based artists available for purchase. This location will be the company's seventh Nordstrom Local and fourth location in California.
