Motorcyclist Killed In Tuesday's Crash On Rice Road

The motorcyclist killed in Tuesday's 10 p.m. crash on Rice Road has been identified as Julio Cesar Ramirez-Rondon, 35, of Antioch.

The preliminary investigation indicates Ramirez-Rondon was operating his motorcycle in the parking lot of Meadowood Apartments when he lost control at a curve and struck two parked vehicles before he was thrown from the Yamaha. He was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

There were no indications of impairment at the scene.
