EVERGREEN, Colo., Oct 1, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the $3.15 million sale of The Center at Evergreen, a 45,729-square-foot office property.

The property is located at 2922 Evergreen Parkway. Built in 1980, the multi-tenant office property totals 45,729 rentable square feet on 3 acres and was approximately 80% occupied at the time of sale. U.S. Bank has been a tenant at the property since 1980.
