Participating locations include FedEx Office (1,500+ stores), Whole Foods Market, The UPS Store, Kohl's, Staples, and regional partners. Customers simply start a return in their Amazon account, receive a QR code, and bring the unpackaged item to a participating location where it's scanned and prepared for shipping-no extra packaging or printer required.
