KONE announces Brad Roberts as Senior Vice President – U.S. West and Canada


LISLE, Ill. Sept. 8, 2025 - KONE, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, is pleased to announce that Brad Roberts has been appointed Senior Vice President - U.S. West and Canada, joining the KONE Americas Leadership Team.

In his role, Roberts will be responsible for the safety, customer loyalty, employee engagement, quality and overall positive development of the New Building Solutions, Modernization and Service businesses across the U.S. West and Canadian geographic areas.

Roberts brings a wealth of leadership experience to KONE, having served in senior executive roles at organizations such as Stanley Black & Decker, Nanoventures, Fieldwire, Hilti and Danaher Corporation. Most recently, he was the owner of Catalyst Consultant Corporation, a SaaS consulting firm focused on accelerating startup growth through strategic, end-to-end business support. Prior to that, Roberts served as President, Construction Technology for Stanley Black & Decker, where he brought together five unique technology businesses into one team to drive innovation and success. Roberts holds a Master of Business Administration in International Marketing and Finance from Dayton University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
