Entrance closure alert: Powell St. Station entrance at 4th and Market to close 11/2/2026 to 11/10/2026
The Powell St. Station entrance at 4th and Market Street at Stockton Street will be closed from Monday, November 2, 2026 at until Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 2pm for escalator replacement work. Both the street escalator and adjacent stairway will be closed to the public during this work period. This is the entrance on the north side of Market Street (see map).
Riders can still use the Powell St. Station entrance at 4th and Market Streets on the south side of Market Street. All other station entrances will also be open and available.
