Dear Valued Customer,

In July of 2018, Hollister Incorporated announced we were transitioning the TRIACT™ and Restore™ with TRIACT™ Technology wound care dressings to a new entity, Urgo Medical North America. Now, as this transition is coming to a close we want to provide you with ordering instructions to ensure continued patient access to these products.

Quick Facts:

  • Transition end date: January 18, 2019
  • Products involved: The products listed below are part of this transition. There will be no change to product codes as Urgo Medical North America will continue to use the same codes.
  • Last day to order with Hollister Incorporated: All orders received now and until 5pm Central time on January 18, 2019 will be processed by the team here at Hollister.
  • Ordering after January 18, 2019: All orders should be directed to the new owners, Urgo Medical North America, formerly known as SteadMed Medical.
  • Healthcare Facilities: If you order these products for your healthcare facility or for your patients, please continue to order through your Distributor as normal. There is no change to how you order and no change to product codes, as mentioned above.
  • Distributors and Direct Order Purchasers: Hollister Incorporated will process orders until the close of business (5pm Central time) on January 18, 2019. After this time, all orders should be placed with Urgo Medical North America.
