The first days with a newborn are filled with new routines, questions and moments families remember for a lifetime.

For more than 50 families, those early memories included a special welcome from AdventHealth, Pampers and Babyface Photography after their babies were born Sept. 9, recognized as the most common birthdate in the United States.

At AdventHealth Orlando, AdventHealth Celebration, AdventHealth Tampa and AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, families were offered a three-month supply of diapers and complimentary newborn photography sessions to remember each baby's special birthday.

"At AdventHealth, we believe caring for a family begins even before a baby arrives. Welcoming a new child is one of life's most meaningful moments, and we're honored to celebrate these growing families with a thoughtful gift that brings joy, preserves precious memories and supports parents during those first days together," said Michael Cacciatore, chief clinical officer for AdventHealth. "Through this partnership with Pampers, we're extending our commitment to caring for the whole family - body, mind and spirit - from the very beginning."

Supporting families in these early moments means caring for not only the family's medical needs. But also recognizing the joy, memories and connection that come with becoming a family.

"We believe every baby deserves our best. The first time parents meet their baby is life-changing, so we wanted to take the opportunity to celebrate this moment," said Sydney Gagne, senior brand director for Pampers. "It's been so rewarding to celebrate growing families and continue our commitment to giving every baby the best possible start."

That same approach can be seen across AdventHealth: caring for the most fragile in the Little Miracles Unit, helping NICU parents build connections through books, researching how a mother's voice can comfort a baby and ease separation and supporting new parents through faith during the difficult moments.

As a faith-based, not-for-profit health system, moments like these are part of AdventHealth's broader approach to whole-person care, which emphasizes compassionate, coordinated experiences that can help patients and families feel whole.
