Sawyer Savings Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Christopher Jackson to Branch Manager of its Highland location. Jackson, who began his banking career in 2022, most recently served as the Assistant Branch Manager for the Highland Branch . His dedication to personalized customer service and commitment to helping individuals achieve their financial goals have contributed to his continued professional growth.
As Branch Manager, Jackson will lead the Highland team and oversee daily operations, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting sustainable branch growth. "We're proud to promote Christopher into this leadership role," said Jenn Gutheil-Denier, SVP, C.O.O.. "His dedication to our customers and strong potential reflect our commitment to developing talent from within. We look forward to his continued success."
Jackson is continuing his professional development through the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Ulster program, with an anticipated graduation in June 2027. He is also an active volunteer with the Highland Rotary Club, further demonstrating his commitment to the local community.
Outside of work, Jackson enjoys staying active, working out, and spending time with friends. He is also a licensed pilot, an accomplishment of which he is especially proud.
