Behind the Booth ReMA 2025 Roundtables Sponsor Previews

From Wednesday, September 10, to Friday, September 12, traders, processors, and consumers across the U.S. and abroad will congregate in Chicago for the ReMA 2025 Roundtables. This two-and-a-half-day event features massive networking opportunities in tandem with expert market analysis.

Are you excited to explore the ReMA 2025 Roundtables but not sure where to start? No problem. ReMA News spoke with several of the event's top sponsors for a sneak peek at what attendees can expect from their presence at Roundtables and how to find out what these companies are looking forward to at the event.

Matthew Stanton - Lead Product Manager, VALIS

What can attendees expect from VALIS at Roundtables?

We'll have a tabletop set up with some brochures and additional information for attendees. Caleb Ralphs, VALIS' CTO and Co-Founder, and Emily Molstad, VALIS' CEO and Co-Founder will be at Roundtables and are excited to chat with attendees throughout the two-and-a-half-day event.

We're sponsoring the Nickel/Stainless session and are looking forward to hearing from other experts on what can be expected, and how to navigate the unexpected, in these markets. We're also the proud sponsors of the Roundtables Networking Social on Wednesday, September 10 at Raised. The event is presented by ReMA's Women in Recycling (WIR) Council and ReMA's Young Executives (YE) Council.

This networking event is an important one for us to sponsor. At VALIS, we believe that everyone is welcomed in the recycled materials industry. We had a great turnout at the networking event we sponsored at ReMA2025 in May, and we're excited to keep the momentum rolling at Roundtables.

What is VALIS excited for at Roundtables?

Roundtables is a great chance to meet more people in the industry and discuss market changes that impact how businesses are buying, selling and processing material. We're keen to learn more about how the roll out of Vesper is shifting conversations around nonferrous deals. We're always excited to meet with customers and new folks who are interested in improving their material quality and leveraging data to increase the efficiency of their operations.

VALIS is focused on partnering with shredders and metal processors to help them better understand their material quality and provide data to back up pricing conversations with their customers. Our sampling product, VALI-Sample, provides a more efficient way to sample and track the composition of drop-out and shredded products. We've built out a streamlined sampling process workflow to make it easy to onboard new samplers and help processors have greater confidence in their materials.

Since launching VALI-Sample our customers have been able to reliably see changes in their material that translate to real impacts on the sale value of their products. Many of the features that we've recently developed help people who need to know immediately when there's a potential product quality issue get notified and take the appropriate action.

We go beyond material analysis to also help them monitor production and improve their operations so they can recover the most material in the most effective and valuable way. It's all baked into the app, so you don't miss any opportunities to drive more profitability while wrestling with spreadsheets.
