Water Street Closure Set For Oct. 9-11, For Caterpillar Visitor Center Centennial World Tour
Beginning at 7 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 9, and lasting until 6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11, S.W. Water Street will be closed from Main Street to the entrance of Peoria Riverfront Museum Parking Deck. The closure is necessary for the Caterpillar Visitor Center Centennial World Tour, sponsored by Caterpillar.
S.W. Water Street through traffic should utilize S.W. Washington Street. Extra caution should be used in the 100-200 blocks of S.W. Water Street.
Parking Restrictions
- Parking restrictions will be in effect on the 100 block of S.W. Water Street from 7 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 9, through 6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11.
