Robb Greer Named General Manager of Zion Lodge in Zion National Park

ZION NATIONAL PARK, UT- POWDR, the leading adventure lifestyle company and concessionaire at Zion Lodge, announced today that Robb Greer will serve as the new General Manager of Zion Lodge beginning September 22, 2025. Greer brings nearly two decades of outdoor resort and national park experience to the role.

The Park City-based adventure company tapped Greer to oversee all lodge operations, encompassing rooms, dining, retail, and guest services at one of the nation's most frequented national parks. Greer's most recent previous position was Director of Retail, Rental, and Guest Experience at Alterra Mountain Company's Stratton Mountain Resort in Vermont. With an extensive career covering prominent outdoor destinations nationwide, Greer has held positions at Whitefish Mountain Resort in Montana, Taos Ski Valley in New Mexico, and Sugarbowl Resort in California.

"Robb's deep experience in national parks and mountain resorts makes him the perfect choice to lead Zion Lodge," said Nick Schlegel, Director of Park Operations at POWDR. "His focus on building strong teams and creating great guest experiences aligns with our mission to inspire people through outdoor adventures."

"I'm honored to join the POWDR team at this incredible place," Greer said. "Zion holds a special place in American hearts, and I look forward to working with our team and the park's leadership to create memorable experiences for every visitor while protecting this natural treasure."

POWDR was awarded the 10-year contract to operate the Zion Lodge in May 2024, with operations beginning in January 2025. Since January, POWDR has enhanced the visitor experience with an updated menu and food offerings as well as improved Wi-Fi coverage, including inside the cabins. Additionally, plans are in place to install electric vehicle chargers, install emergency backup generators, redesign the cafe, and open a beverage bar in the lobby.

Greer replaces Charles Willis who announced his retirement earlier this summer. The entire team at Zion Lodge and POWDR thank Charles for his commitment and work during his tenure with POWDR at Stovepipe and Zion Lodge and wish him the best in retirement.
