On April 27, 2026, Cabbacis Inc (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that on April 23, 2026, the Company filed its Annual Report on Form 1-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). The press release also announced some of the Company's financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025; complete financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 are included in the Annual Report.
