Willkie is advising Insight Partners and its portfolio company Keyfactor, a leader in trust infrastructure for AI and machines, in connection with a $1 billion-plus investment in Keyfactor by Summit Partners.
Keyfactor recently announced a $1 billion-plus strategic growth investment from Summit Partners to accelerate the company's global scale and growth initiatives. Following the closing of the transaction, Insight Partners and Sixth Street Growth will maintain significant ownership in Keyfactor.
Willkie previously advised Insight Partners on its investment in Keyfactor and advised Keyfactor in connection with Sixth Street Growth's minority investment in the company in 2023.
Insight Partners is a global software investor partnering with high-growth technology, software, and Internet startup and ScaleUp companies.
