Multidose vial presentations (MDV) are a well-established tool for vaccine access. They reduce per-dose cost, simplify logistics, and fit within the infrastructure of lower-resource settings.

Jon Finley, MD, Principal Investigator at Headlands Clinical Research Atlanta (CRA), is among the co-authors on a new phase 3 study published in eClinicalMedicine confirming that the RSVpreF vaccine fits that model. The MDV presentation matched the licensed single-dose vial on immunogenicity, with a comparable safety and tolerability profile.
