Andrew Clark Promoted to Director of Interior Construction in the Utah Regional Office

Clark who joined the company in 2023 was formerly Project Manager and brings 10 years of construction management experience to his new position.

In his expanded role, Clark will supervise the completion of tenant build-out projects across St. John Properties' portfolio of business communities throughout Salt Lake, Weber, and Utah counties. His responsibilities include managing all on-site interior construction projects, serving as the primary liaison between third-party contractors and tenants during the design and build-out process, and ensuring that all spaces are delivered on-time and within budget.

Clark earned a degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University-Idaho.
