Sabina Comis Named Among Financial News’ “100 Most Influential Women in Finance” for Third Consecutive Year

Sabina Comis, Dechert's Paris-based global managing partner, has once again been recognized as "100 Most Influential Women in Finance" by Dow Jones-owned Financial News, marking her third consecutive appearance on the list. Each year, Financial News highlights the most prominent and impactful women shaping the European financial landscape.

Ms. Comis, a tax and investment funds partner in Dechert's Paris office, advises French and international companies, family offices and private equity funds on domestic and cross-border tax structuring related to complex corporate transactions, restructurings and refinancings, often involving multiple sponsors. She is among the few French practitioners who combine deep tax expertise with the ability to navigate the legal and regulatory aspects of fund formation.

In addition to this latest honor, Ms. Comis was recognized in Financial News' "Most Influential Lawyers in Europe" list in both 2023 and 2025, and has been named among Private Equity News' "Twenty Most Influential Private Equity Lawyers in Europe." She was also selected for PEI Group's "Women of Influence in Private Markets" list in 2023, as one of just ten individuals recognized for private equity.
