C&C Development Brings 60 Affordable Homes to Working Families in Orange County

The grand opening of Cartwright Family Apartment creates a new affordable housing community that increases access to quality homes for working families in Orange County, CA.
Developed by C&C Development in partnership with Riverside Charitable Corporation, the 60-unit community serves Irvine households earning 30% to 80% of the area median income (AMI). Ten homes are reserved for individuals with serious mental illness who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including eight supported by Project-Based Housing Choice Vouchers.
Residents enjoy amenities such as a community room with a kitchenette, fitness room, computer room, central laundry facilities, bike storage, swimming pool, and picnic and BBQ areas that support connection, wellness, and long-term stability.
Cartwright Family Apartments reflects a shared commitment to expanding housing for all through community development. Congratulations to C&C Development, Riverside Charitable Corporation, the City of Irvine, and all project partners on this achievement.
