With deep sorrow, we extend our condolences on the passing Mohammed Issa, the father of H.E. Naji Mohammed Issa, Governor of the Central Bank of Libya.

We pray that Almighty Allah grants the deceased His mercy, admits him into His Paradise, and grants patience and comfort to his family and loved ones.

On this sad occasion, we offer our sincere condolences and sympathy to His Excellency the Governor and the respected family, asking Allah to grant them strength and patience.
