Miller Earns Fifth OVC Freshman of the Week Honor

SIUE freshman Lauren miller has earned Ohio Valley conference women's basketball freshman of the week honors for the fifth time this season. She is the first student-athlete in SIUE women's basketball program history to receive the award more than four time in a single season.
Miller was one of two scoring leaders against Tennessee State (Jan. 22) with 15 points, she also added three rebounds and four assists. She was also one of four athletes scoring double-digits against Tennessee Tech (Jan. 24), putting up 16 points while adding three rebounds and two assists.
SIUE returns to action on the road at Morehead State on Jan. 29 at 4 p.m.
