Campus safety session 'Get to Know Us Before You Need Us', Oct. 14
Campus safety is always a top priority, and the Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence (CAFE) wants employees to feel confident and prepared. CAFE is partnering with the University Police Department (UPD) to host educational sessions to provide UAA employees with practical information, strategies and resources to help ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for our community. This session is open to all UAA faculty and staff.
Join CAFE and UPD for an open, relaxed conversation about campus safety. This is your chance to meet the officers who serve our campus community, learn what resources and support they offer, and ask questions in a friendly, no-stress setting. Whether you're new to UAA or have been here for years, this session is a great way to build connections and feel more confident about what to do if a safety concern ever comes up.
