Members can now vote in the co-op's Board of Trustees election through Mar. 9. Voting is available through the MyClayElectric app or by going to ClayElectric.com and logging in to your MyClayElectric account.
If for some reason the voting option does not appear in the app, close and reopen it to refresh.
Members who prefer to vote by mail may request an absentee ballot by calling 1-800-224-4917, emailing [email protected] or by going to ballot.clayelectric.com (no www). You'll need the account number associated with your membership. The deadline to request an absentee ballot is Feb. 27 at 3 p.m.
Completed ballots must be received by 4 p.m. March 9 using a provided return envelope. Ballots will not be accepted at Clay Electric offices.
Trustee candidates
Candidates were selected during district meetings held in January for Districts 2, 4 and 6.

Each year, seats on the co-op's nine-member Board of Trustees rotate through the election process. Candidates are selected at district meetings, and the full membership votes by online ballot or absentee ballot. There is no in-person voting.
Results and Annual Meeting
Election results will be announced March 20 on ClayElectric.com and at the Annual Meeting gathering of members on Saturday, March 28, at the Keystone Heights Junior/Senior High School cafetorium.
