Greenberg Traurig Advised Ghelamco on the New Issue of Bonds

WARSAW - 5 February 2026- Greenberg Traurig advisedSobieski Towers sp. z o.o. and Ghelamco Group in connection with the issue by Sobieski Towers sp. z o.o. of PLN 134,355,000 ST1 series and PLN 95,025,000 ST2 series bonds. Proceeds from the new bond issue were used, among others, to redeem part of the PLN 240,000,000 of Ghelamco Invest sp. z o.o. bonds held by retail and institutional investors, which matured on 3 February 2026.

Ghelamco Group in Poland has completed several flagship office projects, including Warsaw Spire, Warsaw UNIT, The Warsaw HUB and The Bridge.

The Greenberg Traurig team was co-led by Partner Andrzej Wysokiński and Local Partner Kamil Majewski, and included Counsel Mateusz Koronkiewicz, Senior Associates Wiktor Zień and Michał Kuratowski and Junior Associates Patrycja Knerek and Jan Góra. Partner Paweł Piotrowski advised on the regulatory/MAR aspects of the transaction. Senior Associate Jakub Gajzler was responsible for the real estate aspects of the transaction.
