Governor Kotek Submits List of Appointments for Senate Confirmation

Seoul, S. Korea - Today, Governor Tina Kotek submitted a list of appointments for state boards and commissions to the Oregon Senate for confirmation. The Senate Committee on Rules will consider the nominations during November Legislative Days this year.

The full list of nominees is available here.

The Governor makes appointments to over 265 Boards and Commissions representing a broad range of areas and issues. This includes most major state agencies and departments headed by policy-making boards. More information on Oregon's board and commissions and resources for interested applicants can be found here.

The Governor is committed to ensuring that all Boards and Commissions represent the age, racial, gender, and geographic diversity of the state. This is an amazing opportunity to pool our collective viewpoints, visions, and hopes for Oregon - and all residents are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Note to Editors: Secretary of State Tobias Read has been appointed to the Oregon Sustainability Board (OSB) to serve as the Governor's representative, pursuant to ORS 184.427.
