Crystal Chaffin Joins OMB Bank as Director of Retail Banking

OMB Bank is pleased to announce that Crystal Chaffin recently joined the bank as director of retail banking.

Chaffin brings more than 11 years of banking experience including leadership roles with Pathways Financial Credit Union and Fifth Third Bank. Her background includes managing multiple branch locations, developing retail banking teams and building relationships with consumers and small businesses owners.

"Crystal brings a strong background in retail banking operations and a proven ability to lead and develop teams," said Jessica Sims, chief of operations and staff at OMB. "Her experience managing multiple branches and building customer relationships will be valuable as we continue to grow. She understands the importance of giving our employees the tools and support they need to take care of our customers."

As director of retail banking, Chaffin will work closely with branch leadership teams to strengthen retail operations, advance customer service and support the bank's continued growth. She will also focus on employee training and development with an emphasis on building strong teams and maintaining the personal service that is central to OMB's community banking approach.
