BMI’s Next Big Wave Mixer Connects Rising Nashville Songwriters

BMI hosted 100 affiliates for its signature Next Big Wave mixer event in the lobby of its Nashville office on Tuesday, March 31. The series offers networking opportunities for Music City songwriters at different stages of their careers, with this edition connecting affiliates seeking a publishing deal.

The evening was hosted by BMI's Leslie Roberts, who kicked things off with encouraging remarks for attendees. Sponsored by Studio Bank, BMI's Nashville Creative team was onsite to offer support and build connections with emerging songwriters, who also enjoyed food and beverages during the event. Past notable participants include HARDY, Ella Langley, Jon Langston, Michael Ray, Mikey Reaves, Rocky Block, Johnny Clawson, Heath Warren and more.
