Results of 2026 Annual Members' Meeting
On March 5, 2026, Highwater Ethanol, LLC held its 2026 annual members' meeting to vote on the election of three governors whose terms were scheduled to expire in 2026.
Proposal: Election of Three Governors
David Eis, William Garth and David Moldan were elected by a plurality vote of the members to serve terms which will expire in 2029. The votes for the nominees were as follows:
