Celebrate America at Tom Brown Park
The City's Celebrate America event will take place at Tom Brown Park on Saturday, July 4, from 6-10 p.m. Headlining the event, Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra will take the stage at 8:45 p.m. and accompany the evening's dazzling fireworks display, lighting up the sky starting at 9:50 p.m.
There will be food trucks and activities for children at the event. Attendees are also welcome to pack a picnic.

Garbage and Recycling Collection
During the holiday week, residential customers will receive service as regularly scheduled. This includes garbage / recycling and yard waste / bulky pickup, which will impact blue week customers:
Commercial service will run as regularly scheduled, too.
Customers are now encouraged to set their collection bins behind the curb the night before their service day. Both containers should be returned to the home no later than the day after collection.
