Ranjana Bhagwakar Joins ESAB Corporation as EVP of Enterprise Operations.

ESAB Corporation announced the appointment of Ranjana (RJ) Bhagwakar as Executive Vice President, Enterprise Operations. Bhagwakar will lead ESAB's enterprise operations, overseeing manufacturing, sourcing, products, quality, and integration to drive faster, more consistent execution across the business to support long-term value creation.

Her appointment reflects ESAB's continued evolution into a premier industrial compounder, with a differentiated portfolio spanning fabrication technology, gas control, and inspection and monitoring solutions that together enable customers across more of the industrial workflow.

With more than 30 years of experience building high-performing, process-driven organizations at scale, Bhagwakar will help translate ESAB's strategic vision into consistent operational execution across the enterprise.

Bhagwakar joins ESAB from GE HealthCare, where she served as chief lean and transformation officer, leading the global design and deployment of the Heartbeat Business System. Prior to that, she was vice president of High Growth Markets at Veralto, where she strengthened commercial execution and organizational capability in rapidly expanding markets. Bhagwakar spent nearly three decades at Danaher Corporation in senior finance and operational roles, helping build multi-billion-dollar business platforms through organic growth, disciplined acquisitions, and global operating systems. She is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Mumbai.
