David Weekley Homes has now started selling new homes in Skyline at Verrado Regent Hills in Buckeye, AZ.
Phoenix, AZ (October 20, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, has begun selling one-story single-family homes in the master-planned community of Skyline at Verrado Regent Hills in Buckeye, AZ. The builder's model home, The Saltbush, is currently under construction and expected to open in December 2025.
Buyers are able to select from five floor plans ranging in size from approximately 1,980 to 2,780 square feet of living space with three to five bedrooms, two to three full baths, one half bath and two- to three-car garages with scenic White Tank Mountain views and the option for a golf cart garage on specific plans.
The Saltbush model home will have 2,640 square feet with four bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath and a three-car garage. The model home is expected to be complete in December 2025 and will be open daily for tours.
Skyline at Verrado Regent Hills features Regent Hills-exclusive amenities including a clubhouse, beach-entry pool, play zones, daybeds, fire pits, and outdoor grilling and dining.
