LOCAL NEWS | WJE Indianapolis Volunteers Build Accessible Ramp for Local Homeowner
For the fourth time, staff from WJE's Indianapolis office partnered with Home Repairs for Good, a nonprofit organization that helps older adults and individuals with disabilities age safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes.
During the volunteeer project, the team removed a deteriorated wheelchair ramp and constructed a new accessible ramp for the homeowner. The project combined hands-on work with technical expertise to improve safety and accessibility.
The team is grateful for the continued opportunity to partner with Home Repairs for Good in support of the local community.
