Minister of Foreign Affairs attends the 30th ASEAN Political-Security Community (APSC) Council Meeting

On 25 October 2025, H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Minister of Foreign Affairs, attended the 30th ASEAN Political-Security Community (APSC) Council Meeting held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on the sidelines of the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits.

The Meeting reviewed the progress of ASEAN Sectoral Bodies under the Political-Security Community and the implementation of the ASEAN Political-Security Community Blueprint 2025, as well as noted the findings of the End-Term Review to assess progress and identify ways to further strengthen the APSC under the ASEAN 2045: Our Shared Future (ASEAN Community Vision 2045).

The Foreign Minister reaffirmed its readiness to actively and constructively contribute to the implementation of the new APSC Strategic Plan, aligning with the ASEAN Community Vision 2045, as well as continue its proactive role in promoting effective border management cooperation to enhance peace and stability in the region.
