Conga Names Darrell Grissen Chief Product Officer

Experienced Product Leader Joins as Conga Accelerates AI Delivery across its Platform

Conga, the company lining up commerce, today announced the appointment of Darrell Grissen as Chief Product Officer. Grissen joins Conga to lead its global product organization as the company accelerates AI innovation across the Conga Advantage Platform.

Grissen brings more than two decades of product and technology leadership, including roles at ZoomInfo and Salesforce. He has spent his career building AI-powered products that scale inside large, complex enterprise platforms, including launching generative AI products that changed how commercial teams work. Grissen brings deep technical fluency alongside his product leadership, enabling him to work closely with engineering teams to turn ambitious product visions into reality.

As CPO, Grissen will own Conga's product strategy, roadmap and execution across the full Conga Advantage Platform, working closely with engineering, design and go-to-market teams to turn customer and partner needs into connected, AI-powered experiences. He joins as Conga builds on significant recent AI momentum, including the expansion of AiMe, its native AI intelligence layer, with nearly 100 tools and the Conga MCP Server, which brings Conga data live into AI assistants such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
