Media Advisory: Hands Across The Border Enforcement Efforts/Media Opportunities

The South Carolina Department of Public Safety (SCDPS) announces the following event:

WHO: SCDPS and state and local law enforcement partners from South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia

WHAT: SCDPS and partner agencies of the South Carolina Law Enforcement Network (SCLEN) will participate in a multi-state Hands Across the Border enforcement event. Hands Across the Border brings together law enforcement in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia to conduct joint public safety checkpoints aimed at keeping drunk and drugged drivers off the roads and is part of the national Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign.

Hands Across the Border event offers news coverage and photo, video, and interview opportunities for our media partners.
