Negative Declaration

St Lawrence County - The City of Ogdensburg, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed City of Ogdensburg Elsa M. Luksich Pool & Bathhouse Complex will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves making improvements to the existing pool and bathhouse facilities. The proposed project will consist of updating the existing bathhouse, the reconstruction of the existing swimming pool (beach entry style pool entrance), the construction of new concrete sidewalks, the reconstruction of the existing concrete that is surrounding the pool, updating the layout of the surrounding fence, and the addition of three splash pads located north of the pool. This improvements to the existing facilities will allow easier access, provide new recreations, and increases the safety of those who want to use the proposed facilities. The project is located at 100 Riverside Ave, in the City of Ogdensburg, New York.
