WASHINGTON, D.C. - The One Big Beautiful Bill prioritizes student success, expands school choice, and empowers families, delivering on Republicans' promise to ensure every student, regardless of zip code or background, has access to the best possible education.

I was proud to vote for the One Big Beautiful Bill because it expands access to affordable education, allowing West Virginia families to choose the education that best fits their needs," Senator Capito said.

• Creates school choice tax credits.

• Enhances 529 education savings accounts.
