CSUB celebrates alumni during Homecoming Week
California State University, Bakersfield celebrated its alumni last week as part of its annual Homecoming Week festivities.
The celebration started on Feb. 23 with a kickoff event held at the Student Union patio and wrapped up on Feb. 28 with a barbecue and a homecoming dance at the Niles Theater in downtown Bakersfield following the men's basketball game, during which the 2026 homecoming court was crowned.
Highlights from the week include the Alumni Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Feb. 26 - the 20th anniversary of the event - and a welcome social at Temblor Brewing Company on Feb. 27.
