BlizzCon 2026 has come to a close, and we've gathered the latest World of Warcraft announcements, reveals, and updates from the weekend in one place. Catch up on everything shared during the show right here.
The next major content update for Midnight, Eclipse, brings players face-to-face with Xal'atath as she hovers just within reach of her ultimate objective: the Worldsoul. With Azeroth's fate hanging in the balance, players will need to confront her directly and stop her from claiming victory. The events of Eclipse will unfold in the worldcore, setting the stage for a revelation and conflict that will carry the Worldsoul Saga toward its final chapter in The Last Titan.
The Last Titan is more than a return to Northrend-it's a reflection on generations of courage, sacrifice, and unforgettable deeds across Azeroth. From the Shifting Sands of Ahn'Qiraj to the Frozen Throne, the Worldbreaker, the Burning Legion, and even the realms beyond life and death, heroes have fought time and again to defend our home. As Azeroth calls on us one last time, this next chapter will offer a glimpse at the challenges waiting ahead when more is revealed early next year, after the events of Midnight: Eclipse.
For the first time in more than two decades, a new campaign has arrived in Warcraft III: Reforged. Forsaken Kingdom follows the fall of Lordaeron and its transformation into becoming the Undercity, introducing new faces alongside familiar figures, like Sylvanas, as players discover what it truly means to be Forsaken. Warcraft III: Reforged-Forsaken Kingdom is live now and playable on the show floor at BlizzCon.
Before there was a world, there was war. Return to the conflicts that helped forge Azeroth's future with Warcraft III Reforged: Forsaken Kingdom, a new campaign for Warcraft III: Reforged that begins in the ruins of Lordaeron and leads into the first days of World of Warcraft.
Step into the untold story of the Forsaken as Lordaeron's fallen wrest free of the Scourge and fight for a future beneath the shattered surface of their former kingdom. Led by heroes such as Sylvanas Windrunner, the newly risen Forsaken face enemies familiar and new, establish a foothold in the Undercity, and make choices that will echo into the era of World of Warcraft: Forever.
Warcraft III Reforged: Forsaken Kingdom is available now on the Battle.net Shop. Add the new campaign to your Warcraft III: Reforged collection, or choose from available options-including Warcraft III Reforged: Forsaken Kingdom Combo and the limited-time* Warcraft Forever Collection-to expand your Warcraft experience. The campaign includes a prologue, three story chapters, a neutral Forsaken Paladin hero unit, and new story content bridging the fall of Lordaeron with the rise of a new era in Azeroth.
World of Warcraft: Forever launches November 4, with beta beginning Thursday, September 17. Built as a new permanent home alongside modern and Classic WoW, Forever invites past, current, and new players into a familiar yet fresh Azeroth where the world takes center stage, community comes first, and the journey matters as much as the destination. A ruin tucked behind trees that felt important, even if no quest ever sent you there. With World of Warcraft: Forever, we're looking back at those familiar corners of Azeroth and asking how they can become the starting point for new adventures. Visit our article to learn more.
