MANDATORY FEDERAL EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT COURSE (FEMC)

If you are a supervisor of a Title 32 or Title 5 federal employee, you are required to attend an HRO Sponsored Supervisor's Training course (FEMC) every three years. We are drastically low on attendee fills. Please submit an SF 182 (Federal Employees and AGRs) to the HRDS distro [email protected] as soon as applicable. This course is required within first year of becoming a supervisor of a federal employee and every 3 years thereafter. See OPORD 26-003 (FY26 FTUS HR Sponsored Courses) and/or follow on FRAGORDs for additional details on upcoming dates, MOI attached in original OPORD for instructions on Training and Travel through HRO.

The Next course is 20-22 January 2026, it is a 3-day course, and it will be held at Stout Field, Indianapolis - Ahner Auditorium (West). Please contact us as soon as applicable to get in course. Only 30 seats available so it will be first come, first serve.
