Hillsborough County Aviation Authority named a 2026 Top Workplace in Tampa Bay

As in previous years, HCAA's ranking was determined through the organization's annual Workplace Experience Survey. The survey, conducted last fall by Energage, gathered feedback from employees on topics such as pay and benefits, leadership, organizational direction, meaningfulness, and appreciation.

An impressive 638 employees, representing 90% of the Authority's workforce, participated in the survey. Respondents gave high marks for HCAA's benefits package and reported feeling well-informed about upcoming organizational decisions. The Authority also scored strongly in employee retention, with results showing fewer team members looking to leave the organization. Overall scores were up two points from the previous year.
